October 2011. Well it's changed.... again! Now it's a simple L match which appears to give a much better performance on 160m
Early 2011 I used a large coil in a simple L match with fine tuning by means of some c across the coil tap (see below). Sort of worked but the coil was really too large for the case and probably lossy as a result.
